Plots

Goal

Plots work as the focal point of the players journey when they are farming and harvesting their crops on a given planet. Plus work as a modifier to the amount of crops that the player will attain from harvesting. The goal of plots is to be as fully accessible and welcoming as possible and the goal will be to allow everyone to farm and play the game right away.

Behavior

Type

Plots are used to plant the crop. These five types of rarities are:

• Common

• Rare

• Epic

• Legendary

• Mythical

Land Functionality

Plots will work like a equippable modifier to the land that the player starts off with.

Because my little planet is a free-to-play hyper casual deafy game, this means that the goal is to mass market and allow for a unlimited amount of players to play the game.

Due to those specific constraints, the plots of land are going to function as follows:

• Each player will start with a common plot of land that they can enhance through different plot types

• Each planet is going to have a fixed amount of Plot Types:

  • Rare

  • Epic

  • Legendary

  • Mythical

• When a player wants to acquire they plot of land based on the previously mentioned type, what it is is a enhancement to their plot

• This means that their common type of land will be replaced with the plot type they acquired.

• Players can at any point cell their plot type (Not Common) on a marketplace

• If a player sells their Plot Type, then they will lose all the enhancements and go back to having a common plot type

• Plot types can be considered like a added modifier to the common plot

Acquiring

Overview

There are a couple of ways players can earn crops. Some of these can either be through earning through the game or purchasing from primary and secondary markets.

From inside the game these are the main taps:

• Free

• Marketplace

Free

In line with our vision of being fully accessible and free to play. Players can acquire a free plot of land when they played the game.

This plot of land is a common type. That means that there are no enhancements that the player earns through owning this plot of land as it is just a fixed base rate.

Whenever a player enters a new planet, they are given the option of having a free common plot of land. There are no limits to the number of free plots of land that are available in my little planet.

This means that there is an unlimited supply of common types available.

Marketplace

As mentioned players are able to acquire blood types from the marketplace as the primary source.

These blood types will be sold as land sales. Players can't purchase these Plots through our own ventures and can sell them on the primary market or secondary market as they see fit

The land sales specifically will be part of a chain of strategic selling points for my little planet.

That said the marketplace will be the only area players can physically purchase a plot type.
